Meethi Shevai

What will U need:
  1. 1/4 cups of Shevai (vermicelli)
  2. 2 tbsp of ghee
  3. 4 tbsp of sugar (more or less as per taste)
  4. 1/4 cups of water
  5. Dry fruits- raisins, cashews, almond (grated)
How to make It:
  • Roast shevai in ghee till it becomes golden brown.
  • Add water, then sugar and allow it to dissolve completely.
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Blend well, add the dry fruits and cook until thick.
