Tomato Omlette

What will U need:
  1. 34 cup besan
  2. 14 cup rice flour
  3. 2 tbsp. rawa/sooji
  4. 1 tsp. coriander-cumin powder
  5. 12 tsp. turmeric
  6. 12 tsp. red chilli powder
  7. 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 small finely chopped onion
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste
How to make it:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add water, stir continuously and make a batter.
  • Take a non stick pan or a tava, add some oil and pour a laddle of thin batter.
  • Cook on both sides and serve hot.
